Walk - Yoga and meditation in the Sonian Forest
Nature gets you more in touch with yourself - it is purifying and energising and brings inner peace, similarly to yoga. To combine the two is therefore very enriching.
We invite you to find yourself using the many facets of yoga: adapted exercises, spontaneous breathing and a deeper connection with your surroundings, your body, your thoughts and emotions.
The way you walk also often reflects how you approach life, but you will you learn this along the way...
We will depart from Community Centre WaBo and go in search of tranquil and beautiful paths in the wood. The walk will be about 5 km in length.
Bring a small towel, wear long sleeves and trousers and walking shoes, and take waterproof clothing and an umbrella if necessary.
