Tour of the Nekkersgat Mill
The Nekkersgat Mill is a water mill whose origins date back to the 12th century. Driven by the Geleytsbeek, it initially served for grinding grain, and became a paper mill in the 17th century. Following an extensive restoration campaign (2008-2013), the buildings have served as an exhibition location and are occupied by a teaching space. The tour of the Mill also includes a demonstration of the forge and explanations about the hives kept on the site by the beekeeper.
